Issuance

344 (1) Subject to the regulations, the Commission may, with the Minister’s approval, issue licences for the exportation of oil or gas and impose conditions on them. (2) Every licence is subject to the condition that the provisions of this Act and its regulations, as well as every order made under this Act, will be complied with.
