Change in composition of panel

50 If the composition of a panel changes in accordance with subsection 42(1) or 48(1), (a) evidence and representations received by the Commission in relation to the matter being dealt with by the panel before the change are considered to have been received after the change; and (b) the Commission is bound by every decision made by the Commission in relation to the matter being dealt with by the panel before the change unless the Commission elects to review, vary or rescind it.
