‘Torn’ Jewish voters hold sway in battleground US Senate race

ANN ARBOR, United States: Rabbi Nadav Caine and his family gathered in their Michigan home to break challah bread for their weekly Shabbat meal, a brief respite from the acrimonious midterm election campaign dividing Jewish voters in their state. The braided loaf, candles and sweet grape juice are weekly staples for many of Michigan’s roughly 100,000 Jewish voters who could help determine which party win a US Senate seat — and overall control of the chamber. Herder’s call keeps herding heritage alive in Jazan

JAZAN: Across the valleys, jagged peaks, and coastal plains of Saudi Arabia’s southwestern Jazan Region, an ancient oral tradition known locally as “tarwi’at al-ra’i” continues to echo, preserving centuries of pastoral knowledge and seasonal land stewardship. The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday that Musk had ordered the slowdown of Starshield, a military-grade version of Starlink that Ukraine relies on to defend itself against missile attacks from Russia. The Journal cited one per
